NEWPF Annual Project Finance Event

Penn Station's Moynihan Project

The Transformation from the James A. Farley Post Office is Underway

Join NEWPF for a discussion by the key players about the $1.6 billion project to convert the James A. Farley Post Office into a new train hall which will measure approximately 255,000 square feet, come with a 92 foot tall skylight, and have 9 platforms and 17 train tracks to provide commuters with increased train and passenger capacity at Penn Station. In addition, the project will create a super-hub to revitalize the neighborhood and create a new business district. The discussion will provide an overview of the different phases of the project and the various financing vehicles being used which include a TIFIA loan. We hope you can join us.
