The Honorable Nita M. Lowey, Congresswoman, NY's 17th Congressional District, Ranking Democrat on House Appropriations Committee

The Honorable Denise L. Nappier, State Treasurer, State of Connecticut

The Honorable Joanne M. Mahoney, County Executive, Onondaga County, NY

The panel discussion will be followed by a reception and the opportunity to meet our panelists and visit with friends and colleagues.
