The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has partnered with LaGuardia Gateway Partners to implement New York State’s most significant P3 project at LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B. With a total estimated cost of $4 billion, Terminal B will be completely reconstructed in order to modernize and revitalize the facility so that it better represents the 21st Century Airport, as well as provides a more efficient experience for the visitor to the Tri-State area. Join us as we discuss this project, its financing and innovative approach that will be utilized in order to meet future challenges.
