Puerto Rico:
What Does the Future Look Like?

How Puerto Rico arrived at its current position has been widely discussed, but implications for the muni market going forward are not clear.  What is the anticipated impact of a broad restructuring of Puerto Rico's debt on the muni-market as a whole, and in particular on the high-yield and alternative markets? What, if any, legal precedents will be set? In a post-default environment, what will PR need to consider to re-enter the market?
