– Professor of Finance – University of Hartford, Hartford, CT

Dr. Susan Coleman is a Professor of Finance at the University of Hartford teaching courses in entrepreneurial and corporate finance at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Dr. Coleman’s research interests include entrepreneurial and small business finance.  She has published extensively on the topic of financing women-owned firms and is frequently quoted in the business press.

A frequent speaker and author on public finance matters,  Ms. Soeder has represented issuers, underwriters, borrowers, trustees, and other law firms in the issuance of state and local government tax-exempt and taxable obligations for over 30 years, serving them from her own boutique public finance law firm for the last 15 years.
